These terms govern your use of the Ventrax Navra app and this website, operated by Ventrax Digital in the United Arab Emirates. By creating an account or using Navra, you agree to them.
The service
Navra provides trip planning, navigation, vehicle management, community and recovery tools for off-road driving. During the beta period the service is provided free of charge and may change, break or be interrupted without notice.
Safety comes first — and stays your responsibility
Navra is a planning and navigation aid, not a substitute for judgment, training, preparation or local knowledge. Off-road driving is inherently dangerous. You are solely responsible for your vehicle, your route decisions, your crew and your safety. Never rely on any single device or app as your only means of navigation or emergency communication in remote terrain.
Your account
- Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You must be legally permitted to drive and to agree to these terms in your jurisdiction.
Your content
Routes, trips, photos, posts and vehicle records you create remain yours. You grant us the licence needed to store, display and share them as directed by your settings (for example, with your convoy or club). Do not post content that is unlawful, endangers others or infringes someone else's rights.
Acceptable use
- No use of Navra to plan or promote unlawful activity, including driving in prohibited or protected areas.
- No attempts to break, probe or overload the service.
- No scraping, reselling or misrepresenting Navra data or the community.
Disclaimers and liability
Navra is provided "as is" during beta. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ventrax Digital disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for damage, injury or loss arising from off-road activity, navigation decisions, or reliance on information in the app — including map data, GPS accuracy, recovery listings and community content.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms as the product evolves and will post changes here. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using Navra and delete your account at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
