Use case / UAE convoys

Brief once.
Move together.

Navra gives UAE off-road clubs and convoy leads one drive pack for the route, waypoints, meeting point, checklist, crew information and post-drive record.

The practical fit

The plan should not
vanish in chat

Chat is useful for conversation, but it is a poor source of truth. Route files, meeting points, tyre discussions, attendance changes and equipment lists get buried before the drive begins.

Navra attaches the operational information to the trip. The lead can build the drive pack and the crew can find the current route, checklist and briefing without searching hundreds of messages.

What it solves

Built around the whole drive

01

One drive pack

Keep the date, meeting point, GPX route, waypoints, checklist and briefing attached to the trip.

02

Clubs & members

Create groups, organise members and build trips around a persistent community instead of a temporary thread.

03

Clear crew context

Give drivers one current place to check the plan while the lead retains a useful trip record.

04

Field resources

Connect trip organisation with navigation, vehicle information, recovery resources and Ventrax Offroad training.

Community module

The crew belongs with the trip

Clubs and groups stay connected to the drives they organise. Trip invites, member context and the route sit inside the same product as the field tools.

  • Clubs and persistent groups
  • Member and trip organisation
  • Drive packs with route and checklist
  • Briefing information kept with the trip

How it fits

Before, during and after

01

Create

Set the date and meeting point, attach the GPX route, add waypoints and build the trip checklist.

02

Brief

Invite the crew and use the drive pack alongside the club’s in-person convoy and safety briefing.

03

Retain

Keep trip, vehicle and recovery notes together so future planning is based on a record, not memory.

Straight answers

Frequently asked questions

Can Navra organise an off-road convoy?

Navra can organise the digital plan: trip details, route, waypoints, checklists, group and member information. The club still needs a competent lead and sweep, radio plan, in-person briefing and appropriate safety procedures.

Do drivers have to belong to a club?

No. Navra supports individual drivers, small crews and organised clubs. Group tools are available when they fit the trip.

Does Navra provide live convoy positions?

Live convoy positions are listed on the product roadmap and should not be treated as a current generally available beta feature.

Can Navra replace WhatsApp?

It is not intended to replace every conversation. It gives the operational trip information a structured home so the current route, checklist and briefing do not depend on finding the right message.
